This is a small 1 family home in a rural area. The home is in the town of LaBelle, MO. Pop. 700. It has 2 small bedrooms, kitchen/dining area together, living room and bathroom with shower/tub. The wiring was updated a couple of years ago over most of the house, it has a new circuit breaker box, 220 for an elec. stove. It has extra blown in insulation in the attic. Each bedroom has a closet, plus a small hallway has an add'l closet and a pantry. There is a large yard, almost double lot size, it is a corner lot, AND the only house on the whole block. It has plaster walls, could use some plaster touch ups here and there. The kitchen could use a new flooring. We recently took up the carpet in the living room, it has hardwood floor showing now.
